Media and Production

2019 – Current

I’m a Senior Associate at Keybridge Communications, where I support clients in reporter outreach, opinion media, and public affairs campaigns to amplify clients’ profiles and advance their policy goals.

I have a strong background and interest in advocacy work. In the fall of 2022, I served as a Media and Political Intern for GMMB, assisting in communications and media development for some of the biggest campaigns of the 2022 election year. Over the summer, I worked as a Creative Production Intern at NFL Films.

In the past, I worked as a freelance production assistant for the ACCNetwork and ESPN. My responsibilities include camera operation, replay, and graphics. I also work as an associate writer with the Cavalier Daily and a media and communications intern with Virginia Athletics. At the Cavalier Daily, I have covered the news, sports, and opinion sections. For Virginia Athletics, I wrote athlete profiles for print and online publication; on game days, I collected stats and information for press releases.

Previously, I have worked on website design and research for One Shared Story; as a publisher of the Virginia Review of Politics; and as a student intern at RVA Magazine.

Leadership

2019 - Current

My fourth year of college, I served as the Vice President of the University of Virginia’s International Relations Organization, which has over 150 active members. I oversaw 5 branches, including two Model UN conferences, a competitive travel Model UN team, a podcast, and a research journal. I also planned weekly meetings and collaborated with cross-university entities such as the Miller Center, resulting in members meeting Fiona Hill (former official on the NSC) and ambassadors to the US from Australia and Taiwan, among others.

During the 2021-2022 school year, I served as Secretary General of Virginia’s 2022 International Crisis Simulation (VICS) Conference. This four-day Model United Nationals conference brings 400 delegates from 30 colleges and universities to UVA. As Secretary General, I manage a staff of 150 with an operating budget of $30,000 and expected revenues of $17,000.

Previously, I worked as Chief of Staff for the 2021 VICS conference and logistics coordinator for Virginia’s 2020 Intergenerational Model United Nations Conference, along with several other logistics roles within the International Relations Organization.
